Unable to Establish a Connection
We're unable to connect to your server computer. This is required to continue the setup process.
To get your server back online, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure the DaySmart Salon server computer is running and connected to the Internet.

Try signing up through the software.
- Within DaySmart Salon, go to the Online Services drop-down menu and select Remote Access Setup, follow the prompts to finish signing up.

Check to see if DaySmart Salon is up to date.
- Within DaySmart Salon, go to the Help drop-down menu and select Check for Update
- If an update is available for DaySmart Salon, follow the prompts to finish the update. It should take just a few minutes to complete.
